Meet the Partners
Ioannis "Yiannis" Sotiropoulos and Efthymios "Makis" Paliouras are the co-founders of Crema Gourmet and SP Hospitality Group — the masterminds behind the vision.
Originally from Greece, they began their careers in 1998 as owners and operators of cafés, bars, and restaurants in Athens. By 2007 they were running concert halls and some of the top nightclubs across Athens, Mykonos, Kolonaki, and beyond.
After establishing themselves as among the top hospitality experts in Greece, Yiannis and Makis moved to Miami to continue their legacy — and today SP Hospitality gives the city prime destinations to eat, drink, and experience.
